Harvey Lambert

Managing Director, Head of Private Equity Secondary Investments, New York

Mr. Lambert joined the firm in 1997 and currently leads the secondary investments operations via the PineBridge Secondary Partners Funds. In this role, Mr. Lambert is responsible, on a global basis, for the acquisition and management of private equity interests in the secondary market. He has overseen the execution of nearly $2.0 billion in transaction volume, including one of the largest secondary transactions ever completed by a single buyer - the acquisition of Dresdner Bank’s private equity portfolio. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lambert was a senior member of the Private Funds Group focused on making private equity fund commitments as well as providing strategic planning and asset allocation analysis with respect to client private equity portfolios. Mr. Lambert began his career with the firm reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for providing global capital markets research and analysis with a focus on private equity investments. Mr. Lambert's previous experience includes six years of corporate finance and accounting. He received a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and an MS in International Business from Johns Hopkins University.

Pablo Calo

Managing Director, London

Mr. Calo joined the firm in 1997 and is a Managing Director of PineBridge Investments in London. Mr. Calo is responsible for secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Calo focused on direct investments and held portfolio monitoring responsibilities in Latin America. Initially at PineBridge Investments, Mr. Calo was responsible for private equity investments in developed markets. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Calo worked in global finance for Citibank. Mr. Calo is a board member for several PineBridge Investments portfolio companies and investment vehicles. He received a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Uruguay and an MBA from Yale University.

Kennon Koay

Managing Director, Hong Kong

Mr. Koay joined the firm in 1994 and focuses on sourcing and executing secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Koay was a member of the Asia direct investment team in Taiwan and was responsible for the sourcing, development, and monitoring of direct investment projects in Greater China. Previous experience includes serving on the boards of several investee companies and also being a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Nan Shan Life Insurance Company, a well established insurance operation in Taiwan. Mr. Koay received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Loïc Rentiers

Director, New York

Mr. Rentiers joined the firm in 2006 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiating, and monitoring of secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Mr. Rentiers sits on several private equity fund advisory boards. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rentiers worked as an investment manager at Allianz Private Equity Partners, Inc., where he co-managed and liquidated $1 billion of fund commitments in the United States on behalf of Dresdner Bank AG and other third-party clients. Mr. Rentiers started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, where he was an Associate in the private placement and fund-of-funds teams. Mr. Rentiers received a Master in Business and Management, with a minor in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Business School.

Amit Mahajan

Vice President, New York

Mr. Mahajan joined the firm in 2005 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and negotiating secondary private equity transactions on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mahajan executed private equity investments, focused on global emerging markets and across several industries. Mr. Mahajan has over ten years of experience in private equity, banking, and consulting. Prior to joining the firm, he worked on private equity and merger & acquisition opportunities at NY based investment firms, Chatterjee Group (formerly affiliated with Soros Funds) and Arcadia Investment Partners. During his career, Mr. Mahajan gained substantial operating experience at Oblix (acquired by Oracle), a technology firm and portfolio company of Kleiner Perkins and APAX Partners. Mr. Mahajan began his career with Deloitte Consulting, where he advised multinational clients in energy, telecom, insurance, utilities, and the technology sector. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jay Quenville

Vice President, New York

Mr. Quenville joined the firm in 2008 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiating, and monitoring of secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Quenville worked for the Capital Solutions Group, where he focused on middle market senior and mezzanine debt investing in support of private equity acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Quenville worked at FirstLight Financial Corporation and GE Energy Financial Services, where he was responsible for execution and portfolio management of direct and private equity-backed debt transactions and equity investments within the energy vertical. Mr. Quenville graduated from Yale University and has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Valerie Chen

Vice President, Hong Kong

Ms. Chen joined the firm in 2004 and is currently responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Ms. Chen began her career with the firm for the sourcing, development and monitoring of direct investment projects in Greater China. Prior to this, Ms. Chen worked with Deloitte & Touche providing financial advisory services with respect to the execution of mergers and acquisitions, private placement transactions and the sale of nonperforming loans. Ms. Chen has an MBA from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, where she graduated with honors, and a BA in Economics from National Taiwan University.
