FT Chong

Managing Partner, New York

Mr. Chong joined PineBridge Investments in 1999. He has worked in buyouts and corporate finance since 1981, and is or has served as a Board Director of numerous companies including Sodecia North America, FieldTurf, Fresh Direct, Faith Media, Tensar, and Talyst. From 1994-1998, he was Executive Vice President for Business Development for the GT Group, an Asian conglomerate headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the early 1990's, he was CFO of Dynadx Technologies, a start-up company that developed and marketed an out-of-home advertising technology. From 1981 to 1989 he was head of the US $3 billion US leveraged finance group at Swiss Bank Corp. Mr. Chong received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jonathan Stearns

Managing Director, New York

Mr. Stearns joined PineBridge Investments in 2006. He has over 20 years experience in private capital investing across industries, capital structures and stages of development in companies located in the US, Western Europe, and Asia. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies and is currently on the Board of Directors of Falcon Farms, Global Scholar, KUE, and Personal Communications Devices. Prior to joining PineBridge, he worked at Abbott Capital from 2001-2006, and managed its private equity co-investment program. From 1994-2000, he was a Managing Director of Equinox Investment Partners, a US $300+ million private capital investment company. Previously, he was a Director with various subsidiaries of Kleinwort Benson where he managed private capital investments in the US and Western Europe. Mr. Stearns received his BA in History and Political Science from The University of the South and studied economics and politics at the graduate school of Cornell University.

Scott Gallin

Managing Director, New York

Mr. Gallin joined PineBridge Investments in 2002. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Flash Global Logistics and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Body Shop of America. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of Legendary Pictures, Everest Connections and Best Brands. Prior to joining PineBridge, he worked for Kluge & Co, the private equity arm of Metromedia Company. From 1996-1997, he was a Business Analyst in Andersen Consulting's Strategic Services group. He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Adolescent Health Center and has worked as a pro bono consultant for the Children's Aid Society, Helen Keller International and the Acumen Fund. Mr. Gallin received a BA, magna cum laude, in Regional Science and History and an MA in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He also received a Fulbright Scholarship and attended McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he studied economics. He currently is an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Economics at Columbia Business School.

Robert Bradburn

Vice President, London

Mr. Bradburn joined PineBridge Investments in 2007 and is responsible for private equity investments in Western Europe. He is an observer to the Board of Directors of Firth Rixson. Prior to joining PineBridge, Mr. Bradburn worked at TDR Capital and was responsible for the successful turnaround and sale of European pallet rental business, LPR, serving on its Board of Directors. He has also worked in the private equity deal team at Deutsche Bank Capital Partners and prior to that in finance and derivatives roles at Paribas and Bankers Trust. Mr. Bradburn received an MEng, Engineering Science and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from the London Business School.

Winston Chow

Vice President, New York

Mr. Chow joined PineBridge Investments in 2005 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Personal Communications Devices. Previously, he worked for GE Capital, most recently in the Global Sponsor Finance group, where he focused on providing debt and equity capital to financial sponsors for leveraged transactions. Prior to GE Capital, he worked as an Associate at Comdisco Ventures, providing venture debt and equity capital to early-stage technology companies. Prior to Comdisco, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst in its Credit Risk Management and Advisory group. Mr. Chow received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Pamela Romas

Vice President, New York

Ms. Romas joined PineBridge Investments in 2008 and is an observer to the Boards of Directors of Hygenic, Talyst and Xanodyne. Prior to joining PineBridge, she worked at Emigrant Capital / FriedbergMilstein, investing in leveraged buyouts and growth equity. Previously, she was an Associate at TA Associates, a US $16 billion private equity firm. Prior to TA, she worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate and Analyst in its New York and London-based Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Romas received a BA in Government from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences, with a concentration in International Relations, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
