PineBridge's 15 person Structured Equities team manages more than US $3 billion in quantitatively oriented strategies. The team uses quantitative and fundamental processes to build efficient portfolios. Our structured equity offerings fall into four main categories, each with their own philosophy and process.*
Research Enhanced
- The flagship of the Structured Equities team, this strategy uses a quantitative application of PineBridge's life-cycle approach to equity investing

Merger Arbitrage
- The strategy invests in publicly announced, liquid and low risk M&A transactions that have a high probability of closing
- Expands upon traditional two step M&A processes (fundamental & legal research) with a third step based upon a proprietary database and screens designed to refine our view of risk
Dividend Income
- The strategy is focused on dividend paying stocks
- The team strives for lower volatility relative to the market
- Liquid product emphasizing US large cap stocks
Socially Responsible
- The strategy centers around building portfolios that enable investors to align their investment decisions with their beliefs
- The offering combines the Research Enhanced process with screening to root out companies that do not meet client's social criteria
