Mr. Ehret is Chief Executive Officer of the firm and an Executive Director of PineBridge Investments' Board. As an experienced executive with over 20 years in the industry, Mr. Ehret has a well-established track record of growing a global business across both developed and emerging markets. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ehret was the President of State Street Global Advisors ("SSGA"), the investment management arm of State Street Corporation. He was also a member of SSGA's Executive Management Group and served on the Board of multiple operating entities and fund companies. A 20-year veteran of SSGA, Mr. Ehret served as Global Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that role, he was Head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), having moved to London in January 2007 to assume the role of Head of Sales and Distribution in EMEA. Previously, he held a number of executive positions in operations, sales, and product development, including serving as co-head of SSGA's SPDR ETF business. Mr. Ehret holds a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from Boston University.
Ms. Anantharam is Global Head of Internal Audit and Risk. She joined the firm in 1989 and has responsibility of directing and delivering the Internal Audit and Risk functions and establishing global coverage for Internal Audit and Risk at PineBridge. Her responsibilities also include establishing risk parameter and oversight to meet internal and regulatory risk and audit reporting guidelines for global locations of PineBridge. Prior to becoming the Head of Audit for PineBridge Investments, Ms. Anantharam held a number of senior level positions within AIG. She was the Global Director of Internal Audit for the Financial and Retirement Services Segment of AIG and Vice President of Projects and Controls at the Financial Services segment. Ms. Anantharam is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and a Chartered Accountant (IICA) and has a Masters in Accounting from the University of Bombay, India.
Mr. Blevins is Global Chief Compliance Officer and responsible for leading the Compliance function and directing all training, advisory and assurance support throughout the firm worldwide. In addition to this role, Mr. Blevins is the Regional Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas and is responsible for managing all regulatory compliance activity in the Americas region. He has over 20 years of regulatory compliance experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Blevins was Managing Director and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of BlackRock, Inc. for over seven years, and prior to that was Director and Global Chief Compliance Officer of Lazard Asset Management LLC for over six years. Additionally, he held similar compliance positions at SSB Citi Asset Management and AIG Global Investment Group. Mr. Blevins received his BS degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1987 and holds the Series 7, 24, 27, 52, 53 and 63 registrations. He is also a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
Mr. Chong is the Head of the PineBridge Structured Capital Team. He joined the firm in 1999. The PineBridge Structured Capital Team has successfully completed approximately $2 billion of structured capital, mezzanine and other private equity investments in more than 70 private companies since 2000. He is or has been an active member of the Board of Directors of companies such as Covenant Surgical Partners, Faith Media, FieldTurf, Fresh Direct, Sodecia North America, Knowledge Universe, Talyst and Tensar. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Chong was Executive Vice President for Business Development for the GT Group, an Asian conglomerate headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the early 1990s, he was CFO of Dynadx Technologies, a start-up company that developed and marketed an out-of-home advertising technology. He began his career in finance at Swiss Bank Corporation in 1981 and became the head of the bank’s $3 billion U.S. leveraged finance (Structured Finance) group in the late 1980s. Mr. Chong received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ms. Citardi is General Counsel and responsible for the firm's legal matters worldwide, across all asset classes. Prior to assuming her current role, she served as Deputy General Counsel responsible for PineBridge Investments’ fixed income, equities, and multi-asset businesses in the Americas. Ms. Citardi joined the firm in 2010 as Assistant General Counsel covering legal affairs for the firm’s fixed income strategies. Prior to that, she served as Counsel at Silver Point Capital, L.P. and before that, was an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Early in her career, she served as Associate to the Honourable Justice Beaumont in the Federal Court of Australia. Ms. Citardi holds both a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Costabile is the Global Head of PineBridge's Private Funds Group (PFG) and responsible for overseeing private funds of funds investments in the developed and emerging markets. Mr. Costabile oversees sourcing, due diligence, monitoring product development and marketing for PFG. He sits on the Secondaries Investment Committee. Mr. Costabile was previously a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in the Private Funds Group, with a focus on investments on behalf of CSFB and third party investors. Prior to that, he was the Senior Investment Officer of Alternative Investments for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Assistant Director of Venture Capital for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In both positions, Mr. Costabile focused on private equity fund investments. He received both a BSBA and an MBA from Duquesne University. He is also a CFA charterholder and holds a FINRA Series 7 license.
Mr. Kelly joined the firm in 1999 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s global multi-asset business. Mr. Kelly founded the firm’s Multi-Asset investment process and integrated several formerly independent regional balanced teams into one global team focused on total return oriented asset allocation, as well as manager selection. Today, the team’s flagship total return strategy has one of the longest track records focused on CPI + 5% oriented investing (over rolling 5 year periods) versus a relative return investment strategy. Mr. Kelly also serves as a member of the firm’s Governance Committee and Management Committee and chairs the firm’s Proxy Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 15 years in various equity research and portfolio management roles at JPMorgan Investment Management. During his last five years at JPMorgan, he also chaired their US Asset Allocation Committee. Prior to that, he spent several years in economic research at the economic consulting firm Townsend-Greenspan & Co. He holds an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. He also is a CFA charterholder.
Mr. King joined the firm in 2000 and is currently Regional CEO for EMEA. Additionally he is a Director of PineBridge Investments Europe Limited, PineBridge Ireland Limited which oversees the firms UCITS operations and PineBridge East Africa Limited. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. King was previously responsible for interest rate, currency and credit risk on both multi-currency and single currency bond portfolios. Mr. King has also been in charge of initiating both Euro and Global Aggregate Bond products, both of which combine interest rate, currency and credit risk within a portfolio to provide a broad selection of alpha opportunities. Mr. King's financial industry experience began in 1989 at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where he was responsible for managing both single and multi-currency bond portfolios on behalf of pension funds and private clients. In his 11-year tenure with J.P. Morgan, Mr. King undertook positions in capital markets research, fixed income trading and portfolio management where he focused on risk management techniques, the use of derivatives and macro-economic analysis.
Mr. King received a BSc (Honors) in Geography and Statistics from the University of Southampton. He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Mr. King is also registered as a holder of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Series 3 qualification.
Mr. Kolker joined the firm in 2006 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of the firm's Strategic Planning Group and previously served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and a member of the firm's Financial Statement Disclosure Committee. He has 23 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Finance in Deutsche Bank's asset management division and before that, he was a Vice President of Finance at Garban Broking Services. He received a BS/BA from Boston University.
Mr. Mittal is Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific and is responsible for implementing PineBridge’s dynamic growth strategy across the region where PineBridge has a long history of servicing both institutional and retail clients. Previously, Mr. Mittal was CEO for PineBridge Investments in Europe, based in London. Since joining the firm in 1992, Mr. Mittal's responsibilities included portfolio management of single currency U.S. Dollar, Sterling, and Euro portfolios, as well as global bond portfolios. Mr. Mittal set up and managed the emerging market debt business in 1996, which included Sovereigns and dedicated corporate strategies in both hard and local currencies. He was also subsequently Head of International Fixed Income, overseeing Global Sovereign and various country specific strategies focused in Asia. He received a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bradford.
Mrs. Motz is the Global Head of Human Resources and her responsibilities include talent management, organizational development, leadership, coaching, staffing, compensation and employee relations. She is also responsible for the global program for diversity and inclusion across the firm. She has over 18 years of experience in human resources management for diversified financial services and insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, she held human resources managerial positions with Tullett Prebon, AIG and Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company. Mrs. Motz holds a BS in Economics from the State University College at Oneonta and an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College.
Mr. Oh is Global Head of Credit and Fixed Income and Co-Head of Leveraged Finance for PineBridge Investments. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the firm's global credit and fixed income strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Oh's investment experience included serving as Head of High Yield and Special Situation Investments at Citadel Investments, Head of Leveraged Finance at Koch Capital and Vice President of High Yield and Distressed Debt Trading at BancAmerica Securities. Other prior positions include Manager of Ernst & Young's Restructuring and Reorganization and Strategy Consulting Groups. Mr. Oh received a BS in Finance and Management from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University. He is a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Ramirez is Head of Business Development in the Americas and is responsible for leading retail and institutional business development efforts. He is focused on leading a robust client advisory staff and working with investment and support teams to generate solutions for clients in the region. He has worked on expanding PineBridge’s client relationships across the Americas and has played a significant role in growing the firm’s business in Latin America. He joined the firm in 2000, and prior to his current role he was responsible for business development and relationship management in the pension plan sponsor arena for the Americas. Mr. Ramirez was based in Hong Kong, playing an instrumental role developing and implementing an asset management business development strategy for the Asia ex-Japan region. Mr. Ramirez received a BS in Finance from St. John's University and an MBA in Finance and Management from Fordham Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Schuster is Head of Business Development in Europe and responsible for intermediary and institutional business development efforts across the continent. Additionally Mr. Schuster is a Director of PineBridge Investments Europe Limited and PineBridge East Africa Limited. He was previously responsible for European sales and product development efforts at the Financial Advisor Services company for Europe. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he was a Senior Relationship Manager in International Private Banking at Bank Leu. Prior to that, he worked for Fidelity Investments where he was responsible for building up their Austrian business. He also held various positions at Fidelity Investments in the European Broker business. Mr. Schuster received a BA in Economics from the University of Augsburg, Germany and a German Masters diploma (Dipl. Kfm) in Banking, Finance and Business Management from the University of Augsburg. In addition, he also received the German Bankers certification (Bankkaufmann, IHK) from the German Industry and Trade Association.
Mr. Sen is Global Head of Equities and is responsible for PineBridge Investments’ global equity business including all fundamental and quantitative strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he was a Portfolio Manager at Brevan Howard where he managed an equity long-short portfolio. He was a Managing Director and Business Unit Leader at Goldman Sachs and a Managing Director at UBS Warburg. Early in his career, Mr. Sen was an equity analyst at Fidelity Investments and began his career at Lloyds Bank International serving in four countries. Mr. Sen was educated at Eton College, England and received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southampton, UK and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Mr. Sluyters is Chief Operating Officer and responsible for the day-to-day management of the global support functions at PineBridge Investments. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Allianz Global Investors US. He also served as a member of the US Executive Committee and the President and Director of the Allianz Global Investors Group of mutual funds. Mr. Sluyters has over 30 years of experience and has held senior positions at Old Mutual Capital, DWS Family of Funds at Deutsche Asset Management, UBS Fund Services (Zurich, Switzerland), UBS Asset Management and Ernst & Young. His experience also includes Board and management roles in Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Japan, and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Sluyters holds a BS in finance and accounting from Lehigh University.
