PineBridge Investments Appoints Chief Operating Officer for Asia
HONG KONG, November 16, 2016: Global asset manager PineBridge Investments (PineBridge) has appointed Jennifer Theunissen to a new role as Chief Operating Officer for Asia. Ms. Theunissen will play a central role in co-ordinating compliance, finance, operations, product management and development, and technology functions across the region. She is based in Hong Kong and will report to Global Chief Operating Officer, Julian Sluyters and Asia Chief Executive Officer, Rajeev Mittal.
The announcement of this new role follows a series of appointments by PineBridge as the firm continues to grow its team and operations in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in the institutional space.
Ms. Theunissen has more than 18 years of experience in financial services, 11 of which have been spent in Asia. She most recently worked at Deutsche Asset Management in Hong Kong, where she served as Chief Operating Officer Asset Management APAC. She previously worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong, supporting the business across all major markets in Asia.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business & Bachelor of Arts double degree from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, and an Australian Graduate School of Management MBA from the University of New South Wales.
