Donald O’Day

Mr. O’Day joined the firm in 2020 and is responsible for supporting the firm’s Private Credit Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York where he represented asset managers, BDCs, and other alternative credit funds in private credit transactions. Mr. O’Day earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
