Cecily Pang

Ms. Pang is a Deputy General Counsel and the Chief Legal Officer, Asia ex-Japan of PineBridge Investments. She has responsibility for overseeing the legal affairs of the firm in the Asia ex-Japan region and is a member of the Asia Management Committee and Asia Risk Committee. Ms. Pang joined PineBridge Investments in October 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pang was a senior associate at Herbert Smith in Hong Kong where she worked on a variety of M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. Before that she worked in the Hong Kong, Beijing and Sydney offices of another international law firm with a similar practice focus. Ms. Pang holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Sydney and is qualified to practise law in Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia.
