Robert Castellano

Mr. Castellano joined PineBridge in 2025 and is a Vice President in the firm’s middle market private credit business. He is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities and managing relationships with private equity sponsors. Mr. Castellano brings over a decade of experience in middle market leveraged finance, spanning credit underwriting, portfolio management, and originations. Prior to joining PineBridge, he was a Vice President at Capital One Sponsor Finance, and he began his career as a Credit Analyst at CapitalSource.

Mr. Castellano earned a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
