The annual survey, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, recognizes the best employers in the asset management industry by evaluating employer benefits and policies as well as responses to an employee survey, which revealed that PineBridge employees value the firm’s open culture, which fosters the ability for colleagues at every level to provide candid feedback and speak up. This year’s selection process also considered diversity metrics and practices, particularly across senior leadership and investment roles.
