PineBridge Recognized at HKIHRM Excellence Awards 2025/26

Hong Kong – 14 March 2026: PineBridge Investments (“PineBridge”), a MetLife Investment Management company (MIM), has been recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) at the HR Excellence Awards 2025/26, receiving three accolades highlighting the firm’s continued commitment to a culture of workplace excellence:

  • Best Workplace – Merit Award, recognizes the firm’s consistent delivery of an excellent workplace environment and culture that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being. HKIHRM assessed the implementation of a wide range of HR policies and practices, effective leadership, attractive employee benefits, and ample professional development opportunities.

  • Community Caring – Good Practice Award, recognizes firms that makes a significant contribution to the well-being of the community and achieves excellence in promoting social responsibility and ethical business practices.

  • Three‑year Recognition Award, celebrating the firm’s consistency in demonstrating excellence across three consecutive years from 2023/24 Award edition onwards.

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, the HR Excellence Awards recognize organizations and individuals that achieve business success through outstanding people strategies and practices. Each award follows a rigorous judging process, with assessments based on the design, execution and measurable outcomes of each initiative.
